Ridgeline Legacy Properties was founded by Andrew and Elly, a young and growing family based in Ridgway, Colorado. We're not a franchise or a national brand. We're neighbors who happen to do this work exceptionally well.

Andrew brings over 20 years of guiding and building experience in the San Juans. He knows this landscape in every season: what to watch for, what to prepare for, and how to take care of it properly. Elly handles the coordination, communication, and client relations with the kind of organizational clarity that means nothing falls through the cracks.

What does your short-term rental support include?

Our STR support covers cleaning coordination, turnover management between guests, guest-ready preparation, supply restocking, and maintenance oversight. We make sure your property is in excellent condition for every arrival, without you managing the details remotely.

What is the Move-In Ready preparation service?

Move-In Ready is our concierge arrival service. Before you arrive, we stock groceries to your preferences, fuel your vehicle, light the fire, and complete a full walkthrough to confirm everything is in order. Every detail is handled so you arrive to a home that feels ready, not a chore list.
